PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish a process of automatically replacing manual data entry for setting operator services configuration data for communication exchanges. SOLUTION: The present computer program sets a new database structure and retrieves an existing database for loading operator services configuration data of the existing database to a new operator services configuration database structure. This computer program can perform retrieval and automates various tasks required for setting the new operator services configuration database from a plurality of existing databases.
