PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a receiver side to acquire contents at a high speed without increasing a communication amount even when the access count of content acquisition requests is increased through a mobile telephone network. SOLUTION: A content providing side allocates parts of multi-channels for the mobile phone network to broadcasting channels and broadcasts the contents. The content providing side establishes information for particularizing the channel through which the link destination contents are broadcast among the channels allocated for the broadcasting channels in place of address information of the link destination contents as link information of the contents accessed through the mobile phone network and provides the established information.
