PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a failure diagnostic apparatus capable of detecting the abnormality even if an analogue output switch is connected to it, and capable of increasing the flexibility of design. SOLUTION: In the rear controller 4 connected to the concentrated switch unit 1, the analog output switch group is provided so as to analogue change the voltage level of the input line 11 corresponding to the switch turned on. The CPU 1a is made to light the indicator lamp 6 with a previously set lighting pattern at the diagnosis control time, corresponding to the voltage level of the input line 11 connected to the analog output switch group 7.
