PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed plastic molded article without a low strength part, nor part in which a decoration is impeded and nor fear of possibility that liquid may go into, being suitable for alternative for lumber and to also develope a manufacturing method of it. SOLUTION: By preparing a non-foamed skin layer in the whole periphery of a foamed layer, under having superior characteristics of the foamed plastic such as heat insulation, impact resistance and processability or the like, a defect such as a low strength part or the like is diminished on the surface. When a non-foamed skin layer is prepared in the middle part of the foamed layer, strength and rigidity of the whole molded article will be improved and a getting out strength of a nail when the nail is struck is also improved.
