PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently ensure the number of threads of a tap hole for a bolt for fixing a brake rotor by suppressing a weight increase of a flange having a hole for a hub bolt and the increase of a cutting area for seat surface finishing of the hole for the hub bolt. SOLUTION: The number of threads of the tap hole 8 can be sufficiently ensured by forming a part where the tap hole 8 for the bolt 7 for fixing the brake rotor 22 of the flange 4 is provided to be an island shaped wall thickness part 10, and suppressing weight increase of the flange 4 provided with the hole 6 for a hub bolt.
