PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm a locking state after going out. SOLUTION: In locking, a key K fixed to a key holder 100 is inserted into a key hole of a cylinder. When inserting this key K into the key hole, the tip of a knock shaft 51 strikes on the cylinder, and the knock shaft 51 is pushed in a casing 1 by further pushing in the key K. This knock shaft 51 operates in the same principle as a knock type ball-point pen. The once pushed-in knock shaft 51 is pushed in as it is in the casing 11 even if the key K is extracted from the key hole. A user can thereby confirm whether or not to be locked even after going out.
