PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gate door capable of easily increasing and decreasing a distance between a pair of two locking pieces fitted to a gate door on the rotation side according to the longitudinal width of a gate pole and a gate door on the fixed side when the gate door is locked. SOLUTION: The locking pieces 4 are rotatably fitted to the frame member 13 of the gate door 1 through a pivot shaft 71. The ends of the pivot shaft 71 are passed through a pair of mounting holes formed in the locking pieces 4 at the base ends, and fixed to the pivot shaft 71 by a fastener 72 fastened from the end of the pivot shaft. Two contact surfaces 74 in contact with the edges of the mounting holes 41 of the locking pieces 4 and fixing the two locking pieces 4 non-parallel with each other are so formed on the pivot shaft 71 as to face each other when the fastener is fastened. By laterally inverting the two contact surfaces, the interval between the two locking pieces 4 can be increased and decreased toward the ends. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
