PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional oil separator is not such a compact size as to be installed in a kitchen or the like, and is troublesome for treating separated oil and for cleaning inside a tank, thereby they are performed by requesting for an expert, or chips or the like for oil separator are charged to be periodical exchanged, thus it is expensive after the attachment of the oil separator. SOLUTION: A small and lightweight oil separator is installed below an existing drainage table such as a kitchen sink, and a drainage hose is attached in the middle of the drainage hose, so as to separate and remove oil content and detergent bubbles from the drainage flowed from the kitchen sink, thus it can be released as general drainage. Moreover, the oil in the oil separator is collected in an oil sump, water is flowed by the difference of the specific gravity, the oil in the oil sump is pushed up to be automatically discharged through an oil discharge port. Furthermore, the oil separator is easily removed to be cleaned. The oil separator is installed with a deodorant attaching device on the top part of an outlet for drainage so as to be attachable with a commercial deodorant, deodorizer, or the like.
