PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planter cover designed so as to be disposed on any of planters different in sizes of their upper opening parts. SOLUTION: The planter cover 10 has a hat-like shape in section and is placed on the upper part of a planter 1 so as to cover the upper opening part 3 of the planter. At the inner surface side of the hat-like shaped opening part of the planter cover, a placing means 20 designed so as to place the planter 1 having the upper opening part 3 with different size is formed into a shape different from the side shape of the hat-like shaped opening part.
