Upon reception of a CEC message destined to a node device connected via a radio transmission/reception circuit (24) in a cable interface circuit (22), a CEC controller (21A) of a radio node device (20) outputs ACK in response to the received CEC message from the cable interface circuit (22), transmits a radio data packet including a content of the CEC message from the radio transmission/reception circuit (24), and waits for reception of a radio ACK packet in response to the transmitted radio data packet in the radio interface transmission/reception circuit (24).
