The system has a diaphragm body (3) deformable periodically by a piezo unit (5), where the body is arranged in a flow channel (1). A surface of the body extends in a direction of fluid flow in the flow channel. The diaphragm body is surrounded by the fluid on both sides. The diaphragm body is decoupled relative to vibration by a wall (2) of the flow channel and is formed from an arrangement of flat plates, where the body is formed from metal or plastic.
