A tire having a tire tread and a blade used for manufacturing a sipe are provided to reduce biting edges and flexibility of the tire tread. In a tire having a tire tread(10) including a plurality of grooves(12,14,16) forming at least one tread element(18,20), the tread includes at least one sipe(22) and the sipe has a width(W), a depth(Ds) and an effective length(Le) of the sipe. The effective length of the sipe is estimated by dividing a cross-sectional size of the sipe on an arbitrary plane perpendicular to the depth of the sipe with the width. In addition, the tire includes the first sipe unit, the second sipe unit and the third sipe unit. In the tire having the tire tread, the first sipe unit has a regular effective length of the sipe, and the second sipe unit has an effective length of the sipe increasing more and more corresponding to the whole depth of the second sipe unit. The third sipe unit has a regular effective length of the sipe.
