<p>A method for fabricating a field emitter electrode including carbon nano tubes vertically aligned is provided to improve an effect of electric field emission by using carbon nano tubes. A solution of carbon nano tubes or magnetic particle-bound carbon nano tubes which is diluted in an organic solvent is dispersed on a substrate fixed to an upper part of a magnetic field generator. The carbon nano tubes are aligned in a magnetic field generated from the magnetic field generator in a direction of the magnetic field by evaporating the organic solvent from the solution dispersed on the substrate. A metal is deposited on the substrate so that the carbon nano tubes are vertically aligned even in magnetic field-free conditions.</p> |
