<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular phone system constituted so that no excessive stress is applied to optical fibers and optical coupling loss is kept small for a long period. <P>SOLUTION: Base parts of optical fiber connectors 50, 51 constructed so that optical fibers are arranged at the center of a cylindrical housing, are connected to the respective circuit boards stored in an upper casing 2 and a lower casing 3 of the cellular phone system. Front parts of the respective optical fiber connectors 50, 51 are coaxially arranged with a hinge part, so as to be rotatably coupled with each other, and end faces of the optical fibers stored in the respective optical fiber connectors 50, 51 are matched with each other to transfer optical signals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
