<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver a commodity anonymously ordered by a member to a non-member without using personal information of the non-member. <P>SOLUTION: After ordering, a member device 200 transmits anonymous order information including an order ID, a hash value associating a commodity ID, a commodity unit price, and the number of commodities, a delivery destination ID, a total price, and a group signature to a seller device based on order information received from the seller device 300. The seller device transmits the anonymous order information as a settlement/delivery request to a manager device 100. The manager device settles the settlement/delivery request to output delivery information. The manager device transmits receipt information including the order ID to a delivery destination device and transmits a receipt code including the order ID to the member device. The member device transfers the receipt code to a receiver device 500. The receiver device displays the transferred receipt code.
