<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virtual bank system for satisfying safety and quickness of commerce. <P>SOLUTION: This virtual bank system has a virtual controller account storage part 2, a plurality of virtual user account storage parts 3a, 3b and 3c, and a processing part 1 connected to these respective account storage parts, controlling a flow of amount data between the respective account storage parts and connected to a control computer 11 of an actual financial institution K, and makes the flow of the amount data between the virtual account storage parts correspond to a flow of money between actual accounts, and outputs money data of the virtual account storage part specified by transaction ID.
