PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station capable of optimizing base station power control over the entire base station (cell) according to the state of the base station.

SOLUTION: A control unit 14 transmits and receives call control signals to and from a wireless call control station 2 to manage a wireless line, and to set and release the wireless line and so on. An information adding unit 15 is connected to the control unit 14, and acquires traffic information from the wireless call control station 2 and relative information such as transmission power information from a radio unit 12 from the control unit 14 to generate base station information. The generated base station information is reflected as broadcast information on a mobile station through the control unit 14.
