PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform a user of a video-recording state such as a video-recording success rate and video-recording program information by acquiring it in video-recording and reproducing. SOLUTION: The success and failure of video recording is detected on video-recording process and the video-recording state is detected. Then, the video-recording state up to the present is reported to the user. The video-recording state is added to data of a video-recording file as video-recording state data and preserved.
