PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD WITH TERMINAL, AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed wiring board with a terminal which is reinforced by a simple constitution and made easily adjustable the insertion easiness of the terminal into a connector and the breakaway prevention after inserting it. SOLUTION: The wiring board has a terminal 2 to be inserted in a connector 7, contact terminals 3 provided on one side of the terminal 2 and a reinforced layer 4 provided on the other side of the terminal 2. The reinforced layer 4 is formed by depositing a resin composition and has a thickness change, and hence this layer 4 can be formed by only coating and hardening the resin composition. The reinforced layer 4 reinforces the terminal 2 and may be functioned as a spacer. The thickness change of the layer 4 makes easily adjustable the insertion easiness of the terminal 2 into the connector 7 and the breakaway prevention after insertion. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
