PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display of high quality and reliability with a long service life reducing wiring resistance of a scanning signal electrode and suppressing a voltage drop to suppress the occurrence of smear along the scanning signal electrode. SOLUTION: The electrode thickness of the scanning signal electrode 9 reaching a seal region from a display region is made thicker than the electrode thickness of a scanning signal electrode terminal 91 connected to the scanning signal electrode 9.
