PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality control logbook for a building, which provides feeling of safety on the quality of the building to a purchaser and a builder. SOLUTION: The quality control logbook 1 is prepared by binding quality control documents 2 on which items for controlling the quality of the building are described, with a binding tool. For the quality control documents 2, process executing and recording tables 10 divided for every construction process of the building are used. The process executing and recording table 10 is equipped with: a process name entry column 4; a process detail entry column 5; a quality standard items entry column 6 for writing predetermined quality standards on respective items as the quality of construction of the building; an inspection result entry column 7 for judging whether the quality standards written in the quality standard items entry column are satisfied and writing the inspection results; and a photograph sticking column 8 for sticking photographs taken when the process details are executed. In addition, since the documents are arranged in the order of the construction processes and are bound with the binding tool 3, the feeling of safety on the quality of the building is given to the purchaser and the builder.
