PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting control device of a flying shear capable of performing cutting with high accuracy in relation to a set cutting length by correcting an arithmetic error of starting timing of a shear blade. SOLUTION: This flying shear is installed in a steel rolling line to cut a material while the material is carried and traveled. In the flying shear, this cutting control device is provided with a cutting length actual result arithmetic means 15 for calculating a cutting length actual result, and a blade starting timing correction value arithmetic means 16 for correcting blade starting timing in a cutting control of a next material based on a deviation of the arithmetic result of the cutting length actual result arithmetic means and a cutting length set value.
