PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument for applying medicine which allows a weak user such as an injured person, elderly person or the like to apply medicine contained in a case easily to an affected area, for example, on the back, buttock or the like where the hands hardly reaches. SOLUTION: The instrument for applying medicine 1 has a handle 2 connected to one end of a curved arm 3 and an attachment section 4 connected to the other end of the arm 3. The attachment section 4 is formed to receive a medicine-containing case 6 and holds the medicine-containing case 6 so that a medicine application surface 7 of the medicine-containing case 6 is exposed outside. With the instrument, commercial or prescribed medicine contained in a case is applied easily to an affected area where the hand hardly reaches.
