PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine enabling a player continuously to have a desire to play more than before in the performance of the shooting timing of a game ball which is not so interesting to the player. SOLUTION: The game machine is equipped with a shooting means 130 for shooting game balls to a game board where the game balls roll, a shooting operation means capable of performing a shooting operation for making the shooting means 130 shoot the game balls, speed detection means 91a and 91b for detecting the speed of the game balls shot by the shooting means 130, a sound generation means 46 for generating sound, and a sound generation control means 20 for performing control for generating the sound by the sound generation means 46 on the basis of the speed detected by the speed detection means 91a and 91b, and the sound to be generated is changed in accordance with the speed of the shot game ball.
