A pot lid with an opening and closing window is provided to prevent content of a pot from overflowing, and to check a content state in the pot easily by placing the window from a first knob to an edge part. A pot lid with an opening and closing window comprises a lid body(10), a first knob(30), an edge part(130), a rotary lid(20), and anti overturning protrusions(120). The opening and closing window is installed to one side of the lid body from the first knob to the edge part with a funnel shape. The rotary lid is placed on the opening and closing window to rotate the body of the first knob on a rotary shaft and to open and close the opening and closing window. The anti overturning protrusions prevent the rotary lid from being overturned. The rotary lid has a second knob(210) rotating the rotary lid. The rotary lid has a steam hole(220) through which the steam is discharged.
