An IDC connector pin is provided to prevent a metal member from being influenced by a tensile force by slanting two opposite end portions of the metal member inward. An insulation displacement connection(IDC) connector pin, having a cable insertion groove(220) formed from a cable insertion part(210) in a longitudinal direction, includes a cable separation blocking groove(221), which is formed in the cable insertion groove(220) and used to prevent a cable from being separated from the cable insertion groove(220). A metal member(230) formed at both sides of the cable insertion groove(220) has two opposite end portions slanted toward the cable insertion groove(220).
