A shower head is provided to enable a user to save time and to do soaping and washing at the same time conveniently, and to prevent the waste of a cleanser and water by using a water saving type shower. A shower head sprays cool water or hot water, has the shape of a sprinkler and comprises a head and a body. A cleanser dissolving device is detachable from the shower head. The inside of the cleanser dissolving device is processed to have a net structure. A water saving type shower is used as the shower body. A button for adjusting the water pressure and saving water is installed on a handle part of the water saving type shower. A shower brush is attached to the cleanser dissolving device to remove various foreign materials when soapy water is discharged.
