A hair treatment apparatus is provided to irradiate laser and to apply minus galvanic ion current to a user's scalp to increase the amount of blood on the part of the scalp that is irradiated and to prevent falling out of hair. A laser control circuit portion(60) and a minus galvanic ion control circuit portion(70) are connected to an output port of a micom(50) for controlling an entire system that is connected to a switch control circuit portion(40) comprising a power supply switch and a laser action and galvanic ion action switch. Minus galvanic ion current is generated through the teeth of a comb which is a minus ion output portion of the galvanic ion control circuit portion by being associated with the waveform output from laser modules of the laser control circuit portion to make laser and the minus galvanic ion current transmitted to a scalp.
