A hitting game device is provided to prevent the overturn of a rotary body and to make the rotary body placed on a hitting position of a hitting device safely even if the rotary body is moved compulsorily to an initial hitting position. A hitting game device includes a hitting game device body, a game coin sensing device, a game start signal input device, a rotary body(400), a hitting device(500), a hitting point position changing device, a rotation sensing device(700), a rotary body driving device(800), a display, a main control device and an overturn preventing device(1100). A holding part(400a) that is arranged inside a front display plate constituting a body housing is installed on the rotary body. The overturn preventing device is controlled by the main control device and is moved to an initial hitting position by the rotary body driving device compulsorily.
