摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery which takes into consideration thinning of an electrode membrane and capable of improving charging characteristics and to provide a method of manufacturing the secondary battery. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a lithium ion secondary battery envelopes by a laminate sheet 50 an electrode membrane 10 which is constructed by arranging a separator between a positive electrode membrane 10 forming a positive electrode active material membrane 22 on the surface of a current collector 21 and a negative electrode membrane 30 forming a negative electrode active material membrane 32 on the surface of a current collector 31, and fills an electrolyte liquid 60 into the interior enveloped by the laminate sheet 50. The method comprises a liquid drop injecting process (Fig.5(a)) to inject a liquid material 22a (32a) as a liquid drop D toward the surface of the current collector 21 (31) so that the liquid material 22a (32a) to become a material of the active material membrane 22 (32) may form dots on the surface of the current collector 21 (31), and a solidifying process (Fig. 5(b)) to solidify the liquid material 22a (32a) adhered to the current collector 21 (31) to form the active material membrane 22 (32). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
