<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydroponic culture apparatus enabling easy culture of vegetables on a veranda or in a room necessitating little labor and time for the vegetable growing work, having a compact size and good appearance and installable on a narrow space. <P>SOLUTION: A culture unit 5 provided with a culture pot 3 and a medium 4 is inserted in a water-proof pan 2 receiving water without spilling to the outside and having a draining mechanism 1 to discharge the received water to the outside. A culture solution is supplied to the culture unit 5 to grow the vegetables on the culture unit 5. A culture solution tank 8 is connected to the culture unit 5 through a culture solution circulation channel having a culture solution supplying channel 6 and a culture solution recovery channel 7. The culture solution tank 8 is further provided with a culture solution pump 16 and/or a submerged pump 10 driven by the detection signal of a level detector 9 of the culture solution tank 8 and a water replenishing device 11 to replenish water to the culture solution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
