<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit for serial/parallel conversion capable of achieving secure high-speed transfer. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit for serial/parallel conversion comprises: a serial/parallel conversion unit 2; a latch circuit 3 for latching parallel data DPn converted by the serial/parallel conversion unit 2; a PLL circuit 4 which receives an input clock signal CLKin transmitted together with serial input data DSn at one input terminal of a phase comparator 5, generates a multiplication clock signal CLKm1 resulting from multiplying the input clock signal CLKin in a voltage controlled oscillator 8, outputs it to the serial/parallel conversion unit 2 and generates a first frequency-division clock signal CLKd1 by frequency-dividing the multiplication clock signal CLKm1 in a frequency divider 9; and a flip-flop circuit 10 which latches the first frequency-division clock signal CLKd1 synchronously with the multiplication clock signal CLKm1 and outputs it to another input terminal of the phase comparator 5 and the latch circuit 3 as a second frequency-division clock signal CLKd2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
