PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographed video management system capable of storing video information from a monitoring camera in a video information managing database and extracting video information in which a specific person is photographed. SOLUTION: An IC card reader/writer for authentication comprises a means for reading out card inherent information from an IC card, a means for transmitting the card inherent information to a server, a means for receiving photographing time information and a camera inherent information determined so as to specify a monitoring camera having performed photography from the server, and a means for relationally writing the photographing time information and the camera inherent information in the IC card. The server comprises a camera managing database in which the camera inherent information and reader/writer inherent information determined so as to specify the IC card reader/writer for authentication are relationally registered and a means for relationally registering video information received from the monitoring camera, the photographing time information for specifying photographing time and the camera inherent information of the monitoring camera used for photography in the image information managing database.
