PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and continuously perform photography of a moving body and projection of an image on the moving body. SOLUTION: A projection object recognizing unit 13 recognizes the coordinate value of a representative point of a photography coordinate system of a projection object in an image obtained by photographing the projection object by a camera 4. A control unit 11 calculates a rotating speed of panning by a swing gear 2 when the absolute value of the difference between the horizontal component of the coordinate value and the center coordinate value exceeds the dead band of the horizontal component, and calculates a rotating speed of tilting by the swing gear 2 when the absolute value of the difference between the vertical component of the coordinate value of the representative point and the center coordinate value exceeds the dead band of the vertical component. A driving control unit 15 drives and controls the swing gear 2 according to the rotating speeds. A projection image generator 14 outputs an image for projection stored in a storage unit 12 and information on the coordinate value of the representative point of the projection object on the projection coordinate system to the projector 5.
