PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof tile which has excellent waterproofness, which can enhance the durability of a roofing material by enabling a drastically increase in effective dimensions because overlap dimensions can be reduced, and which can reduce the weight of a tiled roof. SOLUTION: In this waterproof tile, a tail part 3 with a nail hole 2 is provided in an upper position; a head part 4 is provided in a lower position; an upside overlap part 5 of a water channel is provided on one side; and a downside overlap part 7 of the water channel, having a nail hole 8, is provided on the other side. A sealing material 13 is stuck on the leading end of the back surface of the head part 4, except for a drain inlet 21, and the tiles are laid in an overlapping manner on the backside of the upside overlap part 5. In this case, sealing materials 14 and 15 are stuck in positions to close inside and intermediate protruding parts 6a and 6b of the downside overlap part 7 of the tile which is arranged in a lower part, respectively.
