PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing and drying machine capable of efficiently performing a drying operation at a low running cost, while mitigating the rise of temperature and humidity in a room, by individually arranging an air-cooling circulation route in an exhaust drying system washing and drying machine. SOLUTION: A heating means 94 heats the air blown to a water tub by a blowing means 90. Then, warm blow is supplied into the water tub 20. In a drying process, a stirring blade 33 is rotated so as to evenly supply the warm blow to laundry. The upper part of the water tub 20 is connected to a drain hole 67 with the use of the air-cooling circulation route 101 for air-cooling dehydration. The rotation of the stirring blade 33 to be moved for disentangling the laundry and the rotations of the stirring blade 33 for dehydrating and the dehydrating tub 30 allow radial ribs 34 erected on the rear surface of the stirring blade to be functioned as a fan, so that the air in the air-cooling circulation route 101 is exchanged. The warm blow including moisture passing through the air-cooling circulation route 101 is thermally exchanged with the air in an outer box 10 at comparatively low temperature.
