The invention relates to a central body for a turbojet gas exhaust channel. The body comprises an external wall ( 11 ) and at least one internal wall ( 15 ) forming at least one cavity ( 20 ) between them, the external wall ( 11 ) comprising a plurality of orifices pierced over at least one upstream portion, so as to form at least one Helmholtz resonator with the cavity ( 20 ). The central body is characterized by the fact that the internal wall comprises a flexible sleeve ( 15 ). The invention makes it possible to obtain a central body providing low-cost acoustic attenuation, easy industrialization and good mechanical strength.
