An apparatus for remotely controlling a low-power water level of a water tank by wireless communication is provided to control a data transmission period as measuring a water level and to reduce a reception standby state, thereby saving power consumption of a transmitter and a repeater as extending battery life. A water tank(26) stores a predetermined amount of water. A water pipe(27) supplies water provided from a pump(12) to the water tank(26). A high water level sensor(22) senses that an amount of water within the tank(26) reaches a high water level spot. A low water level sensor(23) senses that the amount of water within the tank(26) reaches a low water level spot. A transmitter(20) consists of a low-speed microprocessor and a high-speed microprocessor operated by power of a battery, controls the sensing actions of the sensors(22,23) by using the low-speed microprocessor, and transmits the sensed water level detection signal to a receiver(10) by using the high-speed microprocessor. A repeater(30) amplifies the detection signal to relay the amplified signal to the receiver(10). The receiver(10) receives the detection signal. A pump controller controls a supplied state of water by controlling operation of the pump(12) according to the detection signal. |
