A dual scan mode organic light emitting diode panel is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost by decreasing a quantity of a data driving IC(Integrated Circuit) connected to a data pad. A dual scan mode organic light emitting diode panel includes a substrate(110), first data lines(130), second data lines(140), first data pads(150), and second data pads(160). The substrate is defined as an upper part and a lower part, and has scan lines having a gap from each other in parallel. The first data lines are formed on the upper part of the substrate vertically crossing the scan lines. The second data lines formed on the lower part of the substrate and are separated from the first data lines on a same line vertically crossing the scan lines. The first data pads are electrically connected to the first data lines through lines for the first data lines. The lines for the first data lines are formed between the second data lines. The second data pads are electrically connected to the second data lines through lines for the second data lines. The lines for the second data lines are formed between rest parts of the lines for the first data lines.
