The method involves measuring infrared radiation of the skin of a human to determine an upper surface temperature of the skin of human. Measured electrical measuring values for a surface temperature of the skin of the human is evaluated by an evaluation electronic circuit (2) by the mathematical statistical method and artificial-neural network for the surface temperature. The temperature of the examined organ and the statistical determined probability for accuracy of the temperature display are displayed by using a display (4).
