A wiper apparatus for a vehicle side-view mirror is provided to keep the side-view mirror clean by moving a blade of a wiper on a transparent plate from side to side. A wiper apparatus for a vehicle side-view mirror includes a side-view mirror body(10), an outer casing(20), a cover(30), a wiper(40), a driving unit(50), and an electromotive unit. A mirror(11) is installed in the side-view mirror body. The outer casing covers the side-view mirror body. The cover covers the open part at the back of the outer casing. The wiper wipes a transparent plate(31) facing the mirror. The driving unit is mounted to the top of the outer casing. The electromotive unit transfers driving force of a motor to the driving unit to reciprocate the wiper from end to end.
