<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance detection accuracy of operation scene variance by specifying variance of operation scene from the variance singular point of a complexity pattern. <P>SOLUTION: The operation scene variance detector comprises a moving video input 1 for photographing an image along the time series of surrounding environment of its own vehicle, a scene variance detector 2 for calculating the complexity of each image of surrounding environment photoed at the moving video input 1, a wavelet converter 3 performing wavelet conversion on time series data of complexity calculated at the scene variance detector 2 to output a signal group composed of a plurality of components, and a section 4 for detecting operation scene variance based on the signal group composed of a plurality of components outputted from the wavelet converter 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
