<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a plurality of windows displayed on a display device by using only intuitive drag-and-drop operations. <P>SOLUTION: Only during drag, a movable range of a mouse cursor is widened from a drawing area 301 to a virtually extended virtual extension area 302.
