<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production management support system, a production management support method, and a program capable of supporting the production management of products. <P>SOLUTION: The production management support system has a production management support server 1 and a production management support database 2. The production management support database 2 stores the production log information of the products, component information, and new product information. The production management support server 1 specifies production processes of components forming the new product, and determines a similar product at each production process.
