<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice response device capable of easily editing the contents of voice response. <P>SOLUTION: The voice response device comprises a storing means 11 for constituting a voice response operation by sequentially combining fundamental operations showing a plurality of response contents and storing setting information about the fundamental operations, respectively, an executing means 13 for executing the voice response by sequentially performing the fundamental operations according to the stored setting information, an editing means 12 for editing the setting information, an input means 15 for selecting an edit object when the voice response is executed, and a providing means 14 for allowing edit of the setting information corresponding the fundamental operations executed using the editing means 12 when it is input and updating the edited setting information by substituting the setting information stored in the storing means 11 for it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
