摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbocharger capable of improving turbine efficiency, by properly controlling rotation of a turbine wheel, even when the flow of introduced exhaust gas is little. <P>SOLUTION: This turbocharger has an exhaust introducing port 3, an exhaust discharge port 4, a turbine housing 6 having a spiral scroll part 5 communicating the exhaust introducing port 3 with the exhaust discharge port 4, a turbine wheel 8 rotatably stored in the scroll part 5, a variable nozzle 9 capable of varying a flow speed of the exhaust gas flowing in the turbine wheel 8 by adjusting opening of a plurality of vanes 15, a dividing wall 30 dividing the scroll part 5 into an inside scroll 5a and an outside scroll 5b in the radial direction, an inflow quantity control means 31 controlling an inflow quantity of the exhaust gas, and a guide part 34 having an inside guide wall 32 extended up to the outside of an operation range of the vanes 15 in the vicinity of the vanes 15 from a downstream side end part of the dividing wall 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p>
