<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for thoroughly decomposing and recovering parts containing proper treatment substance by comparing information relating to the parts (the subassemblies) containing the proper treatment substance with mass measuring information of decomposed and recovered parts (subassemblies) and to provide a method for editing various kinds of forms which prove proper treatment by previously stored product information and measuring information. <P>SOLUTION: Measuring data of a measuring device 7 are compared with information of product information database 8 into which product information is previously inputted. When both mass data do not coincide, alarm showing such a possibility that proper treatment is not performed is sounded. Thereby, a worker performs recovery work of nonrecoverable parts.
