SUPERCONDUCTIVE THIN FILM MATERIAL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconductive thin film material in which superior characteristics such as a high JCand a high ICor the like and realization of cost reduction are compatible, and to provide its manufacturing method.

SOLUTION: The superconductive thin film material 1 is provided with a metal-orienting substrate 10 and an oxide superconductive film 30 formed on the metal-orienting substrate 10, in which the oxide superconductive film 30 includes a physical vapor deposition HoBCO layer 31 formed by a physical vapor deposition method and an organic metal deposition HoBCO layer 32 formed on the physical vapor deposition HoBCO layer 31 by an organic metal deposition method.
