PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical shaft pump for easily inspecting a sacrifice anode and replacing an anticorrosive sacrifice anode while the pump is installed without pulled up. SOLUTION: This vertical shaft pump has a rotary shaft 22, an impeller 20 fixed to the rotary shaft 22, the sacrifice anodes 40 and 140 for preventing corrosion of an anticorrosive part, and conduits 50 and 150 guiding the sacrifice anodes 40 and 140 up to the vicinity of the anticorrosive part. The conduits 50 and 150 have opening parts 52, 53 and 152 being a flow passage of a protective current flowing between the sacrifice anodes 40 and 140 and the anticorrosive part.
