PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the functions of moisture absorptivity, moisture and heat-releasing property, and heat-keeping property of a fibrous structural material consisting of wool, a cellulose-based fiber or a regenerated fiber. SOLUTION: This method for modification-processing by dyeing the fibrous structural material consisting of the wool, cellulose-based fiber or regenerated fiber with a dihalogeno-S-triazine-based compound having a hydrophilic substituent under a general dyeing condition, discharging liquid, washing with water, and coexisting for reacting a water soluble hydrolyzed silk by using an exhaust method is provided by processing the material by using a single substance or a mixture of a 2,6-dihalogeno-4-Y-1,3,5-triazine derivative.
